Azhrance Return Policy

At Azhrance, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

* Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
* Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

* Opened or used perfume bottles
* Items damaged due to misuse
* Customized or gift-wrapped orders
* Clearance or final sale items

Exchange Option

We allow product exchanges (same or similar value) if:

* The product is in saleable condition (unopened, unused)
* You request the exchange within 7 days

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

* We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
* Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within *5–7 business days.
* For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping

* Return shipping is free within the UAE.
* Our team will arrange an courier pickup for approved returns or exchanges.
* In-store returns can be made at any Azhrance branch.
